Patient Services Representative will perform essential office support by answering phones, scheduling patient appointment, collecting co-pays, checking patients in and out for appointments, processing referrals to specialists, prior-authorizations as needed, processing incoming faxes and electronic test results, registration of new patients, maintenance of patient accounts and insurance information.
